The only thing i didn't like was the attitude of the receptionists. Their giggly manner was sweet at the beginning but when we had questions to ask and our check out process was ridiculously long almost causing us to miss our train - it got really annoying! Their English is limited and they do try, but when you're trying to get your deposit back and they just giggle at you, it comes over as untrustworthy and juvenile.
