Location wise it is close to shopping area for tourists. Dotonbori is about minutes walk, with most train stations minutes walk away. It's nice to be able to do some shopping, drop them off at the hotel, and then do more shopping without killing your back. There are many eateries within minutes walk and some are smoke-free , and lots of convenient stores close by.
There is also a post office opens weekdays only that's 5 minutes walk away if you need to mail things home, and the workers there do speak limited English. It's convenient to get to KIX via the Nankai Namba Station from this hotel about minutes walk, no transfer, yen, 45 minutes. One little downside is it doesn't have a public desktop computer for people to use. I suppose since it's technically a business hotel, it probably expected people who needed to use a computer to have brought their own laptop.

In the ladies shower room there are 4 shower room. They also have a hairdryer. We stayed at the double bed at the mix dormitory. We found it still comfortable for 2 people. The storage corner is kinda small, but we manage to safe what we need in our locker so we won't need to open our luggage very often. We'll surely come back to stay at gate80 if we come to Osaka again and we really hope soon.
Sachi is located in Shinsekai area, very close to the subway station; also only 3 minute walk to the best okonomiyaki place in town "Chitose" and that redlight district lol; 5 minute walk to Tsutenkaku or the Tennoji Zoo. The rooms are a little small if youre used to Western sized rooms but bigger than those in Osaka city center which are much smaller and for a way higher price.
We booked 2 rooms and we fit just right, very comfy. Our big boys though had to get used to the Japanese sized room and bed but found them to be warm and comfortable. It was a nice choice for my schedule.
