Nice place for sightseeing. During in our stayed in Tegal, we heard that Tek Hay Kiong Temple is one of the famous temple in tegal.
Iheard from my coleague that every year in cap go meh, that is a ceremony " gotong Tua Pek Kong". When we saw that the temple is very nice and clean and we can see two part of the building. One building for the Konghucu religionand the other building for the Budha religion. The person which we met is very nice to explained the story of the Tek Hay Kiong Temple. The location of the temple is not too far from our hotel in Karlita and we can walk to rech the temple from our hotel.
Also we heard during the ceremony in cap go meh fro "gotong Tua Pek Kong" many of the government officialsupportthe ceremony so ceremony will become traditional yearly plan in Tegal.
