Basic amenities like towels, soap, tissue were missing. There were no hand towels and they had a bath rug hung in the hand towel place. Maybe they expected us to use it as a hand towel. Then we asked them to repair the dispenser but it was not done. Luckily we had a soap in our toiletries and used that. The worst part was that I was in the shower in the morning waiting for hot water and then realized there was no hot water.

When we called them, they said someone will come to the room to check. So I had to step out of the bathroom, wait for the guy to come and check. They offered to get hot water in a bucket and we had to wait for them to deliver it. Precious morning time was wasted in this process. Will we stay there again?
