Otherwise its remote from Seoul and the area is undergoing construction for residential high-rises. The breakfast was fine as well and the hotel is properly maintained. So either the configuration of the firewall was done poorly or the overall Internet speed of the carriere from the hotel is too low when it comes to bandwidth.
